A very well preserved example with all of its original khaki green painted finish. Original and fully complete liner and chinstrap.

7.5 million "Brodie" helmets were manufactured, designated "Helmet, Steel, MkI"
This example is the more common pattern which is identified by the rim and the rubber donut that was mounted underneath the felt crown, these modifications were implemented from around June 1917 together with a slightly improved liner material or artificial leather for the headband.
