A good example of a war period cuff rank tunic for a Major of the Royal Artillery. Four pocket Khaki wool serge with all of its brass Royal Artillery buttons and officers Royal Artillery collar badges Field grade cuff rank stripes and Kings crown for the rank of Major. The tunic exhibits some mothing to frontside and back . This is not a major issue but has to be stated. The inside tailors label on the inside collar named to a Captain Jack Kerr and dated 1916.
Comes with a Sam Brown belt with single cross strap.

Together with a lovely matching Officers Service Dress visor cap. Khaki wool with brown leather chinstrap, Royal Artillery brass buttons. Fitted with a lovely bronze officers Royal Artillery cap badge with separate spinning wheel. Silk quilted lining and makers label. Hold a lovely shape.
