British Pattern 1913 Bayonet and Scabbard

U.S made Remington British Pattern 1913 dated 1917. British leather and steel scabbard with It has a nice blade with all its original parkerised finish.

This is a nice 1913/ 1917 pattern bayonet marked on the blade “1917 “over Remington in a circle on one side, and “ U.S” with the grenade and eagle head on the other. These bayonets were originally manufactured by the U.S in WWI and acquired by the British in WWII for use mainly by the Home Guard.

The original wooden grips with twin cuts in the wood grip added to differentiate for British forces that it was the American bayonet and not a British 1907 pattern. Working locking stud.
