An attributed pair, Médaille militaire And Criox De Guerre. Nicely presented in an old wooden framed glazed frame approximately 180 x 270mm. Together with a posthumous award certificate dated April 1920 awarded to Cpl Henri Schneider of the 89th Infantry Regiment. Certificate 210mm x 320mm.

The French 89th Infantry Regiment (89e Régiment d'Infanterie) was a unit in the French Army that fought in World War I, participating in heavy fighting on the Western Front and in the Battle of Cramont. This regiment was engaged in intense combat against the German Empire on the Western Front, particularly in areas of northern France and southern Belgium.
