WW2 British RAF Officers Visor Cap

RAF blue wool body with black mohair cap band. Black leather chinstrap and brass RAF side buttons. Officers bullion embroidered hat badge. The interior with oiled / waterproof lining Inf and a brown leather sweatband. This fits well into the cap band but is about 45% detached with the loss of the original stitching. Really no need for repairs as it still sits well.
Has a significant amount of stain to the visor both on the top and the underside. This is not so noticeable in reality but seems to show up a lot worse in the photos I’ve done…Really it’s a nice cap. The worse area is the underside of the visor. Overall a nice salty wartime service used cap.
