German WW1 Prussian M1915 Infantry Other Ranks Pickelhaube.
A somewhat aged and repair little example that retains a great shape and appearance.

The black leather body in good shape. The front peak has been repaired long ago with glue to fix back onto the body. The rear peak also with damage, light warping and the loss of all the stitching, now only held in place by the corners and the rear spine.

The chinstrap is an original example but has been repaired with a join patch to the underside.

The liner is missing altogether.

In spite of all its little aged repairs this still remains a good looking pickelhaube retaining many of its original parts.
