WW2 GQ Parachute Company badge

A Gregory & Quilter Parachute Company silver plated winged parachute canopy GQ badge depicting a parachutist, the slightly smaller slim wings inlaid with an orange red enamelling, the reverse impressed ' G.Q.' and ' Parachutist '. Original tube joint pin fitting and flat rolled catch. Approx 3.7cm wide. This one with a slight bend to the wings.

This was given to airmen who made a successful parachute jump using a GQ Parachute Company parachute during World War 2.
