A very good clean example as worn by British, Australian and Commonwealth General Officers.

Fine khaki wool body with scarelet wool cap band. A very nice bullion Queens Crown bullion General hat badge. Thick brown leather chinstrap with gilt brass side buttons.
To the interior a. Down leather sweatband and oilcloth covered liner with a British maker’s label.

Overall a fanstatic cap in excellent condition and shape and would compliment any British or Australian Generals uniform of the same period.
