US WW2 Motor Vehicle First Aid Kit

Large size. 235mm x 235mm. An excellent example with nearl all of its original OD green painted finish ad Medical Department Insignia. The inside with the original (stained) Instructions sheet. The contents are not matching with the instruction sheet and mostly consist of numerous first aid field dressings, Gauze bandages, cotton bud applicators, safety pins, torniques, Gauze sponges, scissors etc. Still makes for a very impressive display lot.
