Original three piece construction 1914 Iron Cross 2nd class. Excessively large private purchase red leatherette case with a fitted satin and velvet lined interior. The interior decorated with a very long piece of Iron Cross ribbon and bordered with a tri- colour string border. The lid with a silver Iron Cross decal to the center. Attributed with an engraved name plaque at the base on the interior base.
