Australia WW2 Army Slouch Hat - 1942 Dated

A good service worn example. Army khaki fur felt with press stud side. Oxidised Rising Sun hat badge to the left brim. A striking looking hat with a really broad overlocked brim edge. This with some wear in particular to the front. Khaki cotton folded puggaree with no insignia. Leather sweatband intact with a Victorian makers mark and dated 1942. The original chinstrap intact.
