German WW2 Army Officers Sword- Rune Series 1716

Eickhorn patten with noswastika on the crossguard or langet but instead a display of oak leaves. The pommel is a plain oak leave dove head, with the oil leaf design extending down the backstrap. The grip is black bakelite bound with silver wire. The plain, slightly curved brightly chromed blade has a single fuller to each side and the ricasso is stamped with the Eickhorn trade mark. The black painted scabbard also in good condition and has a single loose ring. Complete with a leather and silver bullion sword knot.
