Limited Edition of 1357 medals, one to commemorate each medal awarded from its inception up until 2006 to recognise the 150th Anniversary of the Victoria Cross.

Comes in leather case of issue along with Hancocks Numbered Certificate of authenticity.

To mark the 150th Anniversary, the London jewellers Hancocks, who have manufactured every Victoria Cross ever awarded, issued a limited edition replica, the replicas all individually numbered on the reverse, with the edition limited to 1,352 replica crosses.

Each with an original top mounting brooch bar, original ribbon and original case of issue just as the original cross are awarded with.

Made from bronze but only not of the original "VC" cannon bronze.

Please note that like the genuine VC medals, these replicas are cast and hand-finished (not punched); therefore, just like the genuine VC medals, they will have imperfections as do the original Victoria Cross making each unique in their own right.

The closest thing to an original Victoria Cross that most of us will ever own.
