Australia WW2 Early Warning Trip Wire Light

This cleaver device fits onto a pattern 1907 bayonet and is driven into the ground. It’s then attached to a trip wire. Green painted brass lamp with separate canister to house batteries ( not included) , together top with its Australian made pattern 37 style web carrier with shoulder sling. The carrie withv”D arrow D” ink stamp. The date is illegible.



Usually comes with a wooden flat spool of string but this example comes with a reel of trip wire.
