Australia WW2 Army Colonel’s K/D Service Dress Tunic

Khaki drill cotton service dress tunic. A fine example with all oxidized AMF buttons and shoulder insignia for Colonel. An upgraded tunic to the field rank as it has previously had regimental collar badges and overlaid with staff officers collar gorgettes. A three place ribbon bar for prior service in the Great War.
There is provision for buttons on both cuffs but no buttons. Not named. No markings. Appealing service use consumate with age.
