British c.WW2 Army General Officers Visor Cap

A fine looking example of the Army General Officer No.1 Service Dress visor cap with khaki cotton field cover. Dark blue wool body with scarlet cap band. Black leather visor with double row of bullion oak leaves. A lovely kings crown bullion General Officer hat badge. Black leather chinstrap with brass General Off ire side buttons.
The top being covered by a khaki cotton field cover for use with a khaki service dress uniform.
Good interior sweatband and lining with “Bates” makers mark.
