RAF blue wool body with black mohair cap band. Black leather chinstrap and brass RAF side buttons. Officers bullion embroidered hat badge. The interior with oiled / waterproof lining Inf and a brown leather sweatband. This fits well into the cap band but is about 45% detached with the loss of the original stitching. Commanders neck badge in gilt and enamels with full length neck crevat with ties. In fitted case of issue with seal button hole lapel badge and ribbon bar. WW1 Imperial German Navy Ratings Cap - SMS Schlesien

A really nice example of the Kaiserlich Marine ratings cap. A fine dark blue wool body with no moth damage at all. The the tally band “SMS Schlesien” with wear to the silver bullion and missing one tail on the reverse but fitted well to the cap. A small Imperial cockade fitted to the front of the cap also. A nice condition brown leather sweatband and a clear maker’s label on the inside lining....  read more

German c.WW1 Kaiserliche Marine Imperial Navy ratings jacket. Heavy dark blue wool with all of its Imperial brass buttons. Single gilt cloth rank cheveron to the sleeve. The black cotton interior with unit / markings from Bekleidungs Amt Warnemuende but the date is extremely hard to to read but are usually pre war dated.
