Australia 1930’s- WW2 K/D Officers Service Dress Tunic

Khaki cotton four pocket officers service dress tunic. A fine example with all matching insignia. In fact, regarding the insignia ,I’ve never seen insignia like this before. An all matching set of AMF buttons, nationality titles , rank ( Major) and rising sun collar badges all with a magnificent bronze wash. They all match perfectly and really make an ordinary tunic stand out.

Officer quality dark blue wool four pocket service dress tunic with all black Bakelite buttons. Overseas service chevrons, bomb aimer half wing brevet. Cuff rank for Flying Officer. Victorian factory makers label dated 1944. Not named. Comes with service dress belt.

A very nice example in brown leather. Really nice and supple leather. Brown Bakelite AMF buttons. And full khaki wool serge lining. The inside label reads “W.C Moyle and Sons”. And dated 1947. Moyle and Sons were an Adelaide maker.
