A British Victorian Period Army Bandsman’s Sword c.1850

A good early example of the musicians pattern sidearm. Brass cruciform hilt with “VR” cypher. Curved blade with etched makers name.

References indicate that this pattern with a cured scimitar blade is both earlier ( around 1837-1850) and rarer than those encounter with a straight blade. No scabbard.

Royal Car Plaque for Queen Elizabeth II 1954 Royal Tour of Australia

A lovely piece of Royal history in Australia.
The hand written and applied newspaper cut out implies that this particular item is one of the actual Royal car plaques used on the the short wheel based Land Rover used by Queen Elizabeth II in her 1954 tour of Australia.

A 1967 Dated Vietnam War Army Slouch Hat

A very good service used example of the M38 Army steel helmet. Has its original green sand grit painted finish. This with heavy wear and worn “ patches”.
