Basically a jungle version of the battledress blouse. Bottle green HBT material. Brown General servcie bakelite buttons. Victoria, Australian factory cloth label on the interior dated 1943. Has had a unit formation patch on the pocket now removed. Overall has quite a few areas of staining that only adds to the service worn character.  read more

A French Medal of the Resistance (Médaille de la Résistance) 1943, constructed in bronze with an integral ribbon bar. The obverse of the medal depicts the Cross of Lorraine, a symbol of the Free French, and “XVIII.VI. MCMXL” (18 June 1940). The reverse is inscribed “PATRIA NON IMMEMOR” with the Paris mint ‘Br’ mark & ‘Cornucopia’ logo below. The medal measures 33.3mm, complete with origin...  read more
