A service award to serving members of the German Military post 1957 who were still in service and had been issued the original award during the 1939 to 1945 war period. The swastika has been replaced on the item with the Oak Leaves of the WW1 Iron Cross.

Fine quality wool body with metal grommets, bullion star, leather chin strap and flower side buttons. The interior lined with course cotton, cloth sweatband which shows moderate wear. Wool body is in excellent condition, leather chin strap is soft and pliable. Overall signs of service wear with appealing soiling and age marks. read more
