German WW2 Army Feldgendarmerie (Military Field Police) Gorget

A nice example of a Third Reich Feldgendarmerie gorget, made of stamped aluminium with the correct aluminium steel chain. The chain has however been shortened to 430mm. A clear maker markings one of the rear retaining hooks. Two original hook to the reverse and covered in its original field grey wool cloth backing.

A small lightweight sword. Gilt single stirrup hilt with much of the gilding remaining. The stirrup guard with a tassel ring attached. The langet with a Georgian or Victorian crown atop and anchor.
