A rare pair of cloth titles of white worsted on khaki wool. Predominantly worn on greatcoats. UK manufacturer. In 1917 an AIF directive was issued to advise that the wearing of these and other unauthorized badges was to cease.

British WW2 Mk III “Turtle” Helmet with unit insignia.
The MkIII helmet was first introduced in 1943 and saw combat on D-Day with British and Canadian troops of the 21st Army Group. Roughly 500,000 units were produced by Briggs Motor Bodies and Rubery Owen Co in its short production.
The Shell is maker marked , although hard to read and it is dated 1944 clearly.
