A lovely early example pre 1917 and officially converted from a breast badge to neck badge, evident from the barrel suspension above the crown. A choice example with no damage to the enamel. German WW1 M16 Steel Helmet

A very good honest untouched example having its original very dark green -gray paint to finish, note there has been another helmet sitting on top of this at some stage and has created a ring around the done as often seen on many helmets. Has it original model 1917 liner with steel band, but only having two of the leather pads remaining one missing.
