A good head and shoulders shot showing a senior NCO of the Ballarat Rangers c.1875 wearing uniform with sergeants rank Cheverons and a lovely cross belt with belt Ballarat Rangers and Rifle Corps plate and chained whistle. Dutch WW2 Dutch East Indies KNIL Insignia

A rare set of Dutch East Indies khaki drill insignia comprising of a matched pair of embroidered Nationality shoulder titles. A matched pair of khaki drill slip on shoulder straps , each with a bronze air corps insignia. One tunic button and two cap badges, each with a different pin reverse. All are most likely made in Australia and issued to KNIL forces in New Guinea.  read more
